Example Update 4

We are pleased to report that Phase 1 of the Calistoga Road Reconstruction project has been completed three days ahead of the original schedule. All underground utility relocations — including water, sewer, gas, and telecommunications lines — have been successfully moved to their new alignments. Subgrade grading and compaction work has also been finalized and inspected, meeting all required specifications.

With Phase 1 behind us, the project team will begin Phase 2 next Monday, which focuses on asphalt paving and base course installation. This phase is expected to take approximately six weeks to complete. During paving operations, one lane of traffic will remain open in each direction, though minor delays should be anticipated during peak morning and afternoon hours.

The overall project remains on track for completion by the end of the calendar year. The project team thanks the community for its patience and cooperation throughout this important infrastructure improvement.
